Message from Founder, Mrs. Jewel Montgomery Thank you for visiting our web site. Surgical 1st, Inc. began in 2000 after working in the medical industry since 1971. I was part of teams at numerous facilities with agency nurses and ancillary staff. I felt the compassion and the need for quality care for patients, that was sometimes neglected. The desire to be a nurse has been my dream since losing my mother in childbirth back in the 50's. I feel that quality care is a must by all medical care personnel. Surgical 1st, Inc., staff believes that every patient, client and co-worker is their number one priority. Patients will receive the quality nursing care, that as nurses are taught to delivery. At Surgical 1st, we pride ourselves with the thought; Treat every patient as if it was you lying in that bed. To become a great healthcare provider you must have a love for nursing and not think it as just a job. |
